But Therapy Is Expensive

Enter: The Care Edit.

Financial stress is real. And “just go to therapy” isn’t helpful advice if therapy feels financially out of reach.

That’s why we offer The Care Edit, our low-cost therapy program offered based on financial need. It was created to make mental health support more accessible without sacrificing the quality or care of the work itself.

After a successful launch in the fall, The Care Edit will be opening again in January 2026 for the Winter Edition. Spots are limited and offered through a short application form to help ensure the program reaches those who need it most.

This program will run every quarter so that we can try our best to spread the love. Eligibility will be determined based on financial need and on a case by case basis.

If money has been the thing standing between you and support, this program exists to say: you’re not asking for too much, you’re asking for care.

You don’t need a new personality in the new year.

You don’t need to have it all figured out.

You just need support that feels realistic, human, and sustainable.
