Group Therapy

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Group therapy uses many of the same approaches as individual therapy, but in a setting where typically 6-10 people learn and practice the skills together.

Think of a space where you and alike peers can share openly, learn from each other’s experiences, build community, and gain perspective - that’s what to expect from group therapy.

❋ Intentional Structure

We blend guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content, and clinician themselves.

❋ Genuine people

As therapists, we bring our full selves into the group therapy space just as much as we invite you to bring your full self in as well.

❋ A Supportive Space

We prioritize comfort, safety, and respect—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Perdicou Psychotherapy runs virtual group therapy year round, and we’re constantly working to develop new offerings for different groups. This means not only do you get to meet our therapists, but you also get to start building community right from the comfort of your own home.
