Genna Ekambi (she / her)
I help women in their 20s and 30s navigate anxiety, identity, attachment, motherhood, friendships, and the pressure to “have it all together.”
My approach blends evidence-based therapy, emotional regulation skills, and mind-body work to support women through the messy middle of adulthood.
* I work virtually with clients in ON, BC, AB, MB, & SK
Therapy for the ones living in survival mode but longing for more.
Hi, I’m Genna, a therapist, yoga teacher, and mom supporting women through the beautifully chaotic seasons of their 20s and 30s.
I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck between who they used to be and who they’re becoming. Whether you’re navigating identity shifts, anxious attachment, early motherhood, career pressure, friendship changes, or the feeling that you’re “behind” everyone else, you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in mind–body work. I integrate evidence-based therapy, self-compassion, and somatic tools that help you regulate, reflect, and move through life with more self-trust and ease.
I care deeply about creating a space where you can unlearn perfectionism, break old patterns, tend to your emotional world, and finally feel safe being the full version of yourself.
I support women in their 20s and 30s with:
Anxiety & emotional overwhelm
Anxious attachment & relationship struggles
Identity changes, self-criticism & perfectionism
Motherhood transitions
Career burnout, overthinking, and life pressure
Friendship changes & loneliness
Feeling “behind” in life
If you’re navigating the messy middle of adulthood, you’re in the right place.
With intention,
Genna
