About Perdicou Psychotherapy

Lewis and Genna are siblings who are therapists

As children you would probably have found us playing with Genna’s dolls together, bickering with each other, or ignoring each other completely.

Now? You’ll find us constantly hitting each other up as we try to navigate the constants of adulthood: work, life, relationship, family (to name a few).

Individually, we’ve both been on our own journey through life. As siblings, we carry a shared history of healing, and connection—and we bring that depth of understanding into our therapeutic work.

We are relational, and focus on serving populations whose unique lived experiences we may share in as professionals who are young, Black, and mixed Race.

We serve communities whose identities and experiences are often overlooked in traditional mental health spaces. Our approaches both integrate top-down strategies (cognition, insight, narrative work) and bottom-up practices (somatic awareness, nervous system regulation): meeting clients where they are and supporting their whole selves.

We believe therapy should be another type of relationship in your life, instead of a clinical and detached space.

With us, clients find a space that is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in real, lived understanding.
